Jack V. DiTeodoro, M.D. received his Masters Degree in Nutrition and is Board Certified in Family Practice. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. DiTeodoro has built a thriving medical practice concentrating in preventive medicine, total health and nutrition from the young to the elderly. Dr. DiTeodoro is also a Teaching Attending physician at the Family Practice Residency Program at Stamford Hospital, a Columbia Presbyterian affiliated hospital, for over ten years and has received numerous certificates for teaching excellence. He regularly lectures to the residents and faculty at Stamford Hospital. Dr. DiTeodoro also completed a residency in general psychiatry at Mt Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. DiTeodoro served as the VNA Hospice Medical Director in Stamford. He is on numerous hospital committees, serves on the medical advisory committee at the Smith House Nursing Facility in Stamford, and was an Officer for the Department of Family Practice at The Stamford Hospital. He is a graduate of St. John's University in Queens, New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He then earned his Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine.

Gary R. Italia, D.C., Ph.D. has been in the fitness and nutrition industry since 1983. He is a certified clinical nutritionist and has worked with top ranked boxers and bodybuilders. Dr. Italia attained both his masters and doctorate degrees in nutrition with specialization in anti-aging medicine and the use of nutrition and nutritional agents to treat disease and illness. He has recently published the book "The Ageless Advantage: Your Complete Resource for Living Longer Through Diet and Lifestyle." Dr. Italia is also an adjunct assistant professor in nutrition at the University of Bridgeport and also writes educational material on nutrition for an online continuing education group. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He completed BS degrees in both human biology and health/fitness and eventually attended the National College of Chiropractic graduating in 1988 as valedictorian of the class. Dr. Italia owns and operates four chiropractic, physical therapy, and rehabilitation facilities in the state of Connecticut. Dr. Italia is a nutritional consultant for various fitness centers and lectures nationally on the topics of nutrition, disease and anti-aging.
