Jack V. DiTeodoro, M.D. received his Masters Degree in Nutrition and is Board Certified in Family Practice. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. DiTeodoro has built a thriving medical practice concentrating in preventive medicine, total health and nutrition from the young to the elderly. Dr. DiTeodoro is also a Teaching Attending physician at the Family Practice Residency Program at Stamford Hospital, a Columbia Presbyterian affiliated hospital, for over ten years and has received numerous certificates for teaching excellence. He regularly lectures to the residents and faculty at Stamford Hospital. Dr. DiTeodoro also completed a residency in general psychiatry at Mt Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. DiTeodoro served as the VNA Hospice Medical Director in Stamford. He is on numerous hospital committees, serves on the medical advisory committee at the Smith House Nursing Facility in Stamford, and was an Officer for the Department of Family Practice at The Stamford Hospital. He is a graduate of St. John's University in Queens, New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He then earned his Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean, School of Medicine.
