SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery of goods. Goods will be deemed delivered to the Purchaser when they are delivered to the carrier selected by the Purchaser.

Cost of Shipping: The cost of shipping shall be at Purchaser's sole expense.

Risk of Loss. Risk of Loss shall be passed to Purchaser at upon delivery to the carrier.

Inspection of Goods / Returns. Final inspection of Goods shall be upon Delivery to Purchaser. Any returns must be made at Purchaser's expense, within 7 days of Delivery and be accompanied by a copy of Purchaser's receipt.

Taxes. Purchaser shall pay all applicable taxes.

These terms shall supersede any additional terms including in those included in Purchaser's order forms, if any. Any additional terms must be expressly agreed to, in writing, by Supplement Doctors, L.L.C., and signed by its authorized corporate officers.

Shipping charges are estimated and apply to continental US orders. International orders will have additional shipping charges. All products and services offered on or through this site are provided subject to any applicable tariffs and any taxes.

Order processing and delivery times are approximate and may vary.
